Organic skincare brand – itreatskin – Review

I was introduced to this Instafamous brand a couple of weeks ago and wanted to use the products like I normally would in order to give a completely honest answer, and that time has come! Keep reading for organic and cruelty free skincare.

NOTE: This is not a sponsored post. All opinions are completely my own.

Admittedly I was very sceptical about the brand, I’d personally never heard of it but the founder (who I met at an event) had me sold! I purchased a moisturiser and baby balm (and other goodies) and have been using them since!

Check out their Instagram page here!

Here’s what you should know about iTreatSkin

  • They are cruelty free
  • Vegan friendly
  • They don’t use alcohol in their products
  • 100% organic
  • They make their products at home (for now!)

Read how they got started and their story here!

I purchased the hydrating cream and baby balm and admittedly, I love them. They cost more than I normally would but for the quality it’s worth it, and I still have loads left!!

The hydrating cream

I love the smell of this moisturiser! It smells of oranges and not the artificial kind. The moisturiser is enriched with vitamin C, hence the smell, and couches to help with blemishes and uneven skin. Since using the cream I have broken out significantly less and my skin just looks better! It’s not too rich or too light, it’s the perfect balance. You only need a small amount and it sinks in super quick! (NOTE: if you apply a large amount it does get a bit sticky, which I contacted the founder about and she explained exactly why! Great customer service!)

This cream has now replaced my previous love, The Body Shop Drops of Light brightening cream

The baby balm

I am now a double cleanser and there is no going back! I love this! Again, a little pricey but worth buying. I scoop this up with my fingers or a spoon (it is quite hard so keeping it on a radiator does help soften it, but don’t microwave it!!!) and rub it between my fingers to melt the product. I then just rub it all over my face and voila, it all melts off! The best thing is that it works really well with mascara and we all know how stubborn mascara can be! I just use a cotton pad and wipe it away after my caked face has melted away!

I honestly cannot recommend these products enough! They have worked so well for me and I can’t wait to try their other products! Next on the wish list is their richer moisturiser (perfect for the colder months) called neem cream. These products will be going in my favourites lists and skincare routine posts. They are such a good buy.

You can buy their products straight from their website and by clicking here!

Have you heard of the brand? They’re commonly at charity events so be sure to keep an eye out!

Lots of love,
