Makeup Revolution Brow Pomade – Review

Hey guys,

So I recently went on a little makeup shopping trip with my mother (who only ever wears makeup on special occasions) and prompted her to buy a new foundation. The one she was using just did not go with her skin tone! And let’s just say, there was an offer on at superdrug.

A girls gotta take advantage of a good offer.

Superdrug had their popular 3 for 2 offer on selected Makeup and Accessories.

I am currently in the midst of changing all my cosmetics and skin care to cruelty free brands and my current brow pencil, which i’ve got to admit I do love, is by Rimmel (unfortunately they do continue to test on animals). So I have been looking around at other brow products by cruelty free brands, and Makeup Revolution is one of them.

Their items were also in the 3 for 2!

Now, instead of going for my normal pencil, I decided to give the pomade a go, it comes with a double ended brow brush (one side is an angled brush!!) which was a huge selling point for me.

After using this the first time, I instantly fell in love!

It was super easy to apply (I only really use the angled side of the brush) and it did not smudge or fade throughout the day. The formula was creamy and not try at all, which I have found using the Freedom brow pomade a few years ago. A little goes a long way with the pomade too so I know the pot will last me a long time. I love that you can build up the product for bolder brows or go for a more subtle look (which is generally my go to).

Before using the pomade (no products on whatsoever)

With pomade (This was a very subtle look for me, you can easily build up product) I only have the pomade on, no concealer or foundation hence the lack of definition

You can buy the Brow Pomade from superdrug for £6.99. Be sure to get the correct shade though!

Have you guys tried it yet? Or any other products from Makeup Revolution? This was the first product of theirs I have used but I am definitely going to be trying more out now!

Hope you have a good day and your brows slay,

Lots of love,

Madiha x

If you’re from the UK, it’s available from superdrug. More of a budget brand. It really is good and yes, cruelty free always x
